以往我用開Elastix 2.0.3->2.2 是沒有G729的，所以我照Alang教程加裝了G729及G723. 最近我升級yum update後就開唔起個Elastix (原來的Elastix已加裝了唔少野）? 當時唔知是什麽原因，不過一定系什麽東西衝突了。當時唔知如何解決，唯有重裝Elastix 2.4，然后做yum updagte, 在將舊的Elastix的freepbx的備份，轉過去新的Elastix內，restore後，就可以開機了。我就想：要加裝codec. 點知一查， Elastix 2.4已經有G729及G723 codecs了。
再上網google一翻，發現，原來之前update後開唔起Elastix, 可能系舊裝的codecs衝突，搬走codec話可以開了。

G.729 目前仍有授權的爭議，許多 Asterisk 發行版都不會內建這個，包含 Elastix。

agree. Elastix 2.4已經內有G729 and all the following codecs. Not sure that whether is coming from after "yum update".
