There are numbers of codecs which could be downloadable from the official Asterisk website with the following path:

Please note that the G729 is not free for everyone, that mean you have to purchase a valid license from Digium and then getting a register key and complete the register process on your system.

Thank you for your advice.

I believe that without the license of G729 from Digium, it is not possible to get the codec G729 running on your machine.
