After change of DDNS, the remote client(ATCOM AT-610) registered to my IP01 but became to unreachable just seconds. But the AT-610 status is registered.

Chnage of qualify=yes or qualify=3000@asterisk make no difference.

Nothing change expect the switch from dyndns to ip address. This works for more than one year until one month ago. Firewall doesn't change neither.

Tested IP phone with other SIP server. The it works.

Cannot determine if it is problem of firewall, ip phone or asterisk...

Anyone has AT-610@HK with DDNS and willing to help to determine the problem? Plz PM me.

I believe your DNS was blocked by some authority. Try to use other DNS which is not very common which could be easily resolved in Mainland China.

   WOW, it is placed in HK.

1. AT-610 sends register messages to my asterisk, which means my DDNS is resolved correctly. I try without DDNS(just my IP address), which doesn't involve any DDNS get the same result. So I don't think it is a problem of DDNS.
2. Does PXXW block sip? I don't believe it as AT-610 works with other VSPs(et263).

3. Most likely, so settings got crazy. Most google results say it is the IP phone. So I would like to test if it is really a problem of AT-610 or my asterisk....

It is illegal in blocking voip in Hong Kong!

It seems to be the NAT-problem of asterisk.

Today I got problem with sip_xmit: sip_xmit returned -1: Operation not permitted.
As the sip_xmit to local client, it shouldn't be firewall problem, which gives the hint to the problem:
externhost=olddyndnsname
externip=olddyndnsname

change to new one and the sip_xmit problem fixed. I think the remote client did encounter this problem too.
