OBi 新的Firmware Obi-1-2-1-2384

Enhancements & Fixes in Maintenance Release 1.2.1(2384):
- Touch-tone entry improvement when accessing a conference call bridge, entering credit card numbers, etc.
- Disallow *740x and *750x to write/read speed-dials (i.e., speed dial codes should not start with a 0).
- Added *76 to Clear a Speed Dial.
- Added ‘Outside Dial Tone’ to Tone Profile.
- Show reason code and phrase for unsuccessful outbound calls on SP1/2 and OBiTALK services in call history.
- Show Registration failure phrase (in addition to SIP RFC code) on the status web page.
- SkipCallScreening digit fix for Google Voice.
- Various other bug fixes.

看來 OBi 公司很認真在改善此產品。

已经更新firmware了，iPhone 上的OBIon也更新了，但Bug还是荐在啊，没有修复啊！

還是Android的OBiON較好, 可以揀codec!

Mine is version 1.2 (2292). I can't find where to change codecs.

A new version "1.2.0" of the OBiON iPhone app is available from the iTunes App Store.

This update is for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices.

Enhancements:
1. Ability to Import Contacts from Phonebook
2. Ability to Choose Audio Codec: Best-64, Great-32, Good-24, or Acceptable-16 kbps
To change OBiON audio mode, go to Settings and scroll down to the OBiON app.
3. Added Silence Suppression Enable/Disable Function
To change OBiON silence suppression mode, go to Settings and scroll down to the OBiON app.
4. Call Quality Enhancements
5. OBiON to OBi Device DTMF Transmission Enhancements
6. Echo Cancellation Enable/Disable (with Audio Test)

Please be sure to update the firmware on your OBi device being used as the GW/bridge to GV.

We have mixed codec transcoding with the more recent release (2289 or newer) such that you can use G.726 (16 kbps) on the OBiON Android app and G.711 (64 kbps) on the OBi device connected to GV, for example.

如果OBiON有G729a codec就好啦! 就算像Bria那樣要付幾元美金買也沒關係!
