無論按入 1878200 或 **81878200, 隻obi110會reboot一次, 并且不能成功接通。是否壞機或是需要更改參數? 請各位ching指教。

我之前試過, 應該都是Auto Provisioning的問題, 試試把它disable!

auto reboot 可能跟你地 ITSP Service 的 MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) 有關，預設應該係disabled 的。

Service Providers >> ITSP Profile A >> SIP >> X_MWISubscribe / X_MWISubscribeURI / X_MWISubscribeExpires 。

Do you use Google Voice??

In fact, it should be disabled by default. However, it all depends whether your ITSP provides such service or not.

Hi Giveme5, 如果你需要拨打7 digit 号码，你可以用#,也就是说你先拨#，然后在拨本地7位号码，应该就没问题。如果你想用**8,你需要更新你的firmware，不然可能会导致OBi110 reboot。你可以联系Obihai support team (support@obihai.com)去请他们远程更新 (当然，你需要加你的OBi110在你的OBiTALK账户中)，或者等下一个firmware release.

另外，请改回其他不必要设置，否则会导致远程更新失败。

关于MWI问题，初始设置是关掉的。你需要和你的service provider确信你可以收到message waiting 信息。如果你可以收到，你可以去打开MWI设置。一旦你有新的message,比如有人留言给你，你会听到stutter tone，或者你的电话的message指示灯会闪烁 ...

VOICE SERVICES --> SP1/2 SERVICE --> WMIENABLE
VOICE SERVICES --> SP1/2 SERVICE --> X_VWMIENABLE

Just notice there is new firmware (2102) release from OBIHAI ... please give it a try, and see if your reboot problem would be fixed.

Yes, the 7-digit dialling reboot problem is fixed if we use the firmware version 1.2 2102 version.
