Google Voice Now Offers SIP Addresses For Calling Directly Over IP
Wouldn't it be great if you could call a Google Voice number directly via SIP? So that you could bypass the PSTN when calling a GV number and go directly over IP? With potentially all the advanced capabilities that could give? (wideband audio, video, etc.) It turns out that you now can!

By way of a tweet from Aswath Rao (crediting @truvoip) today I learned that you could simply take your Google Voice number and append "@sip.voice.google.com" to get a perfectly working SIP URI that you could use with any SIP phone. I naturally tried it out with my own GV number using the SJphone SIP phone:

Could you provide more information how to set it up if I use Asterisk.

Okay I know the mechanism. Just like other SIP URL, this is limited to GV number only and not for other PSTN number in US/CAN.

SPA3102当然可以拨打SIP URI。

If you use asterisk 1.8, you can set up google voice without any difficulty.

好消息，Voice朝着完全开放SIP的目标迈出了第一步，可以简单理解成可以接受SIP外域呼叫吧，虽然内域都还不能SIP登录。。。

这是google取消Gizmo5后的一个策略吧？

刚刚google了一下，就是说，用任何的sip账号（比如iptel）可以免费拨打GV的电话号码，只能用SIP URl 的方法拨号。
方法也简单，比如，用x-lite软件，先登记注册到iptel，然后拨号 +18765432100@sip.voice.google.com，就可以拨通GV号码 8765432100。

由于只能用SIP URl 的方法拨号，所以比较适合用softphone，用SPA3102的话，只能用 dialplan 和 speed dial 的方法，比较局限。

刚刚用iptel账号在x-lite上试了一下，没有成功.....不知道是不是xlite在支持sip url 方面有问题，明天换另外的softphone再续....

刚刚试过，ATA加了个DP呼叫也不行，软电话当然也是一样，sip.voice.google.com这个域名经是可以ping通的，不知道是否会美国IP限制，还没仔细研究

我的理解是只能拨打GV number（之前一定要通过PSTN渠道，就算是网络电话最终也要通过PSTN落地来拨打，当然都是GV之间互打可能内部会有其他优化），所以拨打其他美国PSTN可能性不大，否则都不需要注册Voice就可以用来免费打遍全美国

还有SIP URl拨打方式其实是不依赖于是否有效的SIP帐号，因为是直接IP拨打，中间不需要经过SIP服务商，所以SIP客户端随便输入一套参数就可以，比如常用的sipbroker资源就是如此，还有我也经常用自定义的用户名做指定的来电显示名称用于可以合法接入VOIP2PSTN网关以多一层保护

在 SPA942 上試了，也不成功。
方法是把 SIP URI 放在 USER TAB，再用Speed Dial 撥出，例如 2# 撥打 1XXXYYYZZZZ@sip.voice.google.com

沒有響鈴聲音。在CLI 看，似是對方 BLOCK 了沒有回應給與ACK message。

楼上的好像少了个”+“吧，虽然都是不成功，但如果正常的话估计会有其他提示或回应了：）

Google Voice真的是有全球视野啊，一个+1前缀，简单划分了目前美洲的区域，以后新增一个国家一片地区，都可以很灵活的扩展也容易理解

因為我在Asterisk 所有美國電話號碼都無需加入 + 號，也能順利撥打出去的。所以這裡測試也沒有加上去。

专门下载了blink softphone 并且用sip2sip账户进行测试，完全按上面的文章所用的方法来做，也没有成功。
注意到好几个人反映无法成功接通，包括在以上文章的comments中，还有下面最新的文章

晚上回家试试，我觉得以后Google Voice设置页面因该有一个开启关闭是否接收SIP URL呼叫的选项，默认不开启，以避免很多无成本的广告垃圾骚扰电话，当然也可以在来电过滤里面做设置
