最近才買SPA3102或SPA3000 的朋友，你們的Firmware 是否最新的呢? 因為見到一些版友遇到設定問題，其實第一步應是先看看自己的Firmware 是否最新的，因為update 了便可以把以前的一些BUGS減至最少的了。

SPA3102 = 5.1.10(GW)

PAP2T = 5.1.6

SPA3000 是多少呢?

如果淘寶貨 update 完會唔會 lock 機? 如果 lock 左機自己有無可能 unlock 返?

如果運作上OK, 就唔好 upgrade。除非有重大security fix or feature enhancement.

For your information, I have a SPA4000 for sip trunk. The backbone is just asterisk 1.2. Work as expected. No need to worry.

SPA3102 值得Upgrade 的，因為看到亞星師兄中間相隔了幾個版本，他的版本都幾舊吓，應該不是原裝購入，是嗎?
而且最新版本確是有很多重要的改進，有部份可能就是影響了他PSTN/VOIP 連接失敗的元凶。

部份改善了的包括(還有很多的，不詳列):

1.  Added hairpinning support for UDP. No UI changes required
2.  Corruption reboot problem
3.  Using Line 1 to dial out from the FXO port caused an existing VoIP-PSTN call on the FXO port to disconnect.
4.  Setting <PSTN Dialing Delay> = 0 caused a VoIP-to-PSTN call to fail
5.  The unit did not recognized tha the PSTN Line was disabled and would not allow the user to invoke the IVR.

你可以將個firmware upload上網用http upgrade法upgrade.

如果原裝，應該有跟機的一套工具Software去upgrade，過程不需 5 秒鐘。

一看他的圖就知道他是用原裝的firmware upgrade software去upgrade, upgrade時最好disable PC的firewall和antivirus, 不disable的話會經常出現不能upgrade!

想问下bubblestar师兄你那个改善列表是从哪里看到的，现在官方固件下载的url是哪里呢，我找了下都是一些官方的知识库，但没有详细的固件介绍，我差三个小版本号，在考虑要不要升级到5.1.10(GW)

那裡出問題，我真的不知道了。但在我情況，是沒有disable Firewall and Antivirus，在WIN 7 之下也順利upgrade，但每人的設置都不相同，雯雯建議的方法都應該要試一試的。
