Network driver may be a problem if you want to install linux.

I have a similar product Intel D2500CC and installed old Ubuntu 10.04 without any networking problem.

If you want to run Asterisk at 24x7, it might be a good choice. Please note that for a more reliable operation, you need to buy SSD hard drive since it could be last longer in operating lift time.

Then the driver is available in ubuntu. I use Centos only and very often the drivers are much slower to release or sometimes never in the market.

Max Ram is 4GB and it will limit the system you choose

呢部野吾可以INSTALL VM，因為ATOM吾SUPPORT VT-X............
