我的elastix拨打有ivr的电话，按提示数字键冇反应！

想问一下，我拨打有IVR的电话时，按提示按数字键，冇反应，比如，我打香港天文台的电话，提示我按2是普通话，但我按左之后，无法进入普通话，仲系一直在提示按1广东话，2普通话。。。。

我用手机call入自己的elastix中的IVR就冇问题，是否有咩地方的配置需要修改？

Check the DTMF mode(often use inband) and codec(prefer G711).

Monitor your calls and find out what is the difference between them?

IMHO, if your mobile works, it means that the trunk works. Hence you might change your extensions.

It is some kind of trial and error style: change your setting and find out if it works...
