Linksys ATA used with OBi device
When I want to make a speed-dial call via a Linksys SPA941 with the following digit sequence
3*1000,
where "3" is the speed dial for the OBi110 installed in Shenzhen and the number "10000" is the enquiry telephone number for China Telecom.
Whenever I pressed the asterisk, the phone reject whatever digits followed. When I checked the dialplan for that extension and found that (xx.), which does not allow the input sequence 3*. After I have amended the dialplan to (xx.|x*x.), I am able to make use of the speed-dial to make a PSTN call via my Shenzhen's OBi110.
