Problem with HKBN 2b

I suspected that there are some problems with HKBN 2b. When dial in, always have problem in getting the IVR response. Dial out also got no one is available to answer

Yours is ok for dial out. But I do now have dial in problem.

My 2b account is now back to normal. Unknown reason.

My ATOM PC network was down for unknown reason. I have to boot another kernel to restore the system
