I was called by the HKBN sales guy for new customers, and you don't get auto-upgrade for existing customers.
You may call HKBN saying that it's "unfair TMD", and ask for the fixed line.

They say, they will provide 'real fixed telephone line' and the sales guy can give me discount to $24 per month.

It's a real Fixed line telephone (PSTN) + 2B Apps.
Not VOIP using ATA.

仲有年底先到呢家簽定...生效期要係年底...好唔著數...咪鬼理佢...

其實貴過以前唔需要同佢簽...

尤其係HKBN...佢呢家轉左老細之後就吊高黎賣...
我之前續約時仲試過打黎幾次傾唔o岩數之後個sales即頭話"咁我send份cut form比你啦"黎嚇我...
我答佢"好呀,快D send比我啦~"

點知form都冇send到...之後個價咪又平過之前...
