大陆仁杰用GV（SPA3102)与我香港GV沟通没有问题，大家用OBi110（大陆和香港）就出问题。

根据我以前和仁杰通话的信息。

最初大家用OBi110（他在大陆，而我在香港），通话效果不好！于是他要求我给他的GV（安装于SPA3102）上面，我再给它打过去，我们通话非常正常，那个时候我真的找出原因，现在我大陆，然后再进行一些测试后，我知道问题在在那里，就是OBi110是SIP对与delayed packets怎样处理可能有关。

如果在大陆和香港两边同时用OBI110,请使用其他语音codec. OBiTALK预定的codec是G711U,有些用户发现会有packet loss 出现,但其他codec 就不会有相应的音质问题.

当前,除了G711U, OBi110还支持G711A, G729, G726@32/24/40/16.

如果你想测试用其他codec, 你可以如此修改 --

go to your browser and configure codec profile: Codecs --> codec profile A --> G711U enable: (uncheck)

然后,拨号**9-xxx-xxx-xxx, 查看call status, 确信你不用G711U, 然后看音质是否好转 ...

呵呵，看来我之前将GV只能使用G711U的注意事项也想当然成OBiTalk了，那到时候换个其他编码试试，现在我在外面用OBiON网关方式直接通过OBi110拨打PSTN电信10000号的语音提示都很不清楚

When you experience poor voice quality, please take a screen shot of call status page, and post it here ... we may figure out what really causes the problem ..

Packet loss最差是G711U，达18%。

Thanks for the info... 看起来G711U明显有问题，但其他 codec好一些（~5%）。不知这%5是否也由于packet filtering 引起的。

当你说GV 的通话质量正常，你可以相应的看一下 call status 吗？看一下是否也有packet loss?
