How long time does the firmware last in the free web host?

If it could be updated through http, it is great(no need to buy the RS232 cable

OK, I downloaded the firmware to my computer now.

What I accurately want to ask is when the web hosting company delete the uploaded firmwares. Anyway, I can upload to any web host now and don't worry the time limit

You mean the update succeeds after shutdown IP01 for a few minutes and restart it, then it works?

你無需將 file download 到電腦, 你將下面既 link copy & paste 到 HTTP URL 然後按 GO 就已經 OK

Are you able to login the switchfin GUI? If yes, you should be able to go.

If not, ssh, user/pass is root/uClinux

已經可以 login 下一步係開始設定, 但我只是 SPA3000 的用家未用過其他, 所以無從入手希望各位師兄指點.

見到多了一些朋友開始用IP01，今天也update了到firmware v437。但由於升級過程，經常有機會失敗而需要還原到ATCOM IP01的原本Firmware，現把一些還原圖示放上來，供日後各位參考。

我的IP01 已成功由Switchfin firmware v432 升級到 v437 了。

在升級過程中，發覺每upgrade 一次都最好要關機幾分鐘再重啟，成功機會會大一些。

正如ckleea兄所說，用RS232 cable + Putty / HyperTerminal 作監察，有助知道那裡出問題。

最佳的升級情況就在RS232 連著ATCOM IP01 的個一部PC裡進行，我之前是在另一部PC上做，所以經常失敗。

升級最好由v373 開始，如果一開始直上v437，失敗機會高一些。我試過直上v437時，在HyperTerminal Screen 看到，Not fit in this device: Success 的字句，但都失敗。有點莫明其妙，但應該因為FILE太大，一次過做好易出問題，一步一步做好好多。

在此再多謝ckleea 兄一直提供意見及協助，所以能堅持到成功。
